Currently I am the head of the Human Resources Monitoring and Development Bureau. I have assembled a team of professional employees. In parallel with this work, I am involved in consulting activities: I have been counselling people who have used violence in their immediate environment for 6 years; I have been working with families in crisis for 10 years; I have been conducting various training courses and seminars for social workers and their assistants for 16 years. I advise other non-governmental organisations on strengthening their capacities and financial literacy. I participate in international project activities, during which we develop various methodologies and guidelines for working with different target groups. It is important for me to contribute to the development of areas that are important to me, so I am the founder of two non-governmental organisations; a member of the executive committee of the European Social Business Network CEFEC; a member of the council of the Confederation of Non-Governmental Organisations of the Šiauliai Region; a member of the Šiauliai branch of the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LIMA); and a member of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Crafts' Network of Enterprising Women.

‘Emotional blackmail – how to recognise that you are being manipulated and how to respond appropriately’;
‘TimeSlips’ and other innovative methods of social work with elderly people and people with dementia;
‘How to stay connected when everyday life becomes routine’;
‘The 5 love languages’;
Other important information: I speak English and Russian.
Hobbies: I love nature, mountains, travelling, the colours of life and the Lithuanian summer.
