Complex Services For The Family

Services are aimed at strengthening the capacity of a person/family experiencing difficulties to cope independently with their problems, in order to avoid the possibility of more serious social problems and/or social risks in the future.

Complex Services For The family

Beneficaries - individuals and families;
Place of provision - social services institution;

Duration/frequency of provision - as needed;

Services: 

  • Organisation and provision of individual and/or group counselling for persons experiencing difficulties in their personal and/or family life;

  • Organisation and facilitation of self-help groups for persons experiencing difficulties in their personal and/or family life;

  • Organisation and organisation of social skills groups for children and adolescents - thematic groups for children and adolescents on various social skills and attitudes needed in their lives;

  • Organisation and provision of parenting training - services for families wishing to improve or acquire parenting skills to develop the best qualities of parents and children and to help them develop their abilities and potential;

  • Family Mediation - a service provided for out-of-court mediation of civil disputes to resolve disputes and conflicts amicably;

  • Family counselling in a person's/family's home - counselling in a person's/family's home (place of residence), in case of the birth of a baby, in case of a disability and/or special needs of a person etc.;

  • A transport service for individuals/families receiving complex services. If public transport is not available (there is no public transport or there is public transport but it is not guaranteed that the service recipient will arrive on time at the place of service provision and therefore cannot be provided with the intended scope of services) or private transport;

  • Childcare is provided at the same time as other comprehensive services for parents and can be provided for a maximum of 4 hours per day for all parents (adoptive parents, guardians);

Specialists providing the service:
Psychologists, social workers, personal care workers, mediators, employment specialists, youth workers and other professionals);
