Help after experiencing violence

ZISPB and the Northern Lithuania College perform the functions of the Specialised Comprehensive Assistance Centre (SKPC) and provide assistance to victims of domestic violence in the Šiauliai County: in the municipality of Šiauliai and the municipalities of Šiauliai, Akmenė, Joniškis, Kelmė, Pakruojis and Radviliškis.

 Upon receiving a report of domestic violence from the police, the Specialised Comprehensive Assistance Centre immediately contacts the victim of domestic violence and offers free and anonymous assistance from a counsellor, psychologist and lawyer. 

Victims of domestic violence can also contact the Specialised Comprehensive Assistance Centre in person.
