2. YOU WILL BE PART OF INNOVATIVE IDEAS PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION. It is the birthplace of social initiatives in the field of social work and non-formal education, providing services to disadvantaged and marginalised people and groups.

volunteering
One of the main VšĮ “Žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir plėtros biuro” objectives – encouraging people to volunteer and skatinimas ir integrating into the community through volunteering.
We are accredited as a sending and coordinating organisation for international volunteering.
Our projects aim to promote the integration of young people into the labour market through on-the-job training, apprenticeships and volunteering.
We took part in „Informal Gate Mentoring“ (Grundtvig), which aims to develop structures and training methods for informal mentors of volunteers. The partners have developed the Informal Gate Mentoring Training Programme. We used it to train the target group.
We worked with young people in the "Discover Yourself" ("Atrask save") project. The project aims to get them back into education and allow them to volunteer or re-enter the labour market. We promote youth volunteering abroad and at home.
We invite you to volunteer if you want to learn job skills and if you are interested in our work!
What could you do with us?
- Help organise activities for people with disabilities;
- communicate with people who have been out of work for a long time and help them find a job, encourage them, support them;
- contribute to the organisation of events at the OPEN Open Career Counselling Centre for young people;
- volunteer to create content for our social media accounts;
- photograph, film, edit videos;
- create and implement sustainable lifestyle ideas.
