We burst pink bubbles: expanding psychological resilience of young people attending AJE OPEN
Objective: ensure effective addiction prevention among youth aged 14-29 and support their integration into the labour market.
Activities:
1. Development and strengthening of psychological and emotional competencies. (Group training sessions for youth covering topics such as self-awareness, self-esteem, sexuality, identity, and addictions; film screenings, newspaper theatre, LEGO serious games, and VR experiences.)
2. Lectures and discussions: "We burst the pink bubbles of career" (Roundtable discussions and lectures with field experts, specialists, and professionals from various sectors.)
3. Competency building for the teams working with youth. (Organisation of reflective sessions, intervision, supervision, and training for specialists working with youth.)
4. Interinstitutional cooperation workshops. (Collaborative workshops introducing the latest tools used by ŽISPB and fostering active cooperation between institutions.)
5. Individual psychological and/or addiction counselling.
