Prevention of pscychoactive substance use: "Escape room"

This project aims to prevent psychoactive substance use among youth in the city of Šiauliai by using an innovative escape room methodology.

Objective - to foster awareness, stenghten decision-making skills, and promote healthy lifestyles among young people. The project involves the creation, testing, and continuous improvement of the escape room-based methodology, engaging youth in interactive activities and collecting their feedback to achieve a long-term positive impact on public health.

Main goal: to develop and test an escape room methodology aimed at reducing psychoactive substance use among young people.

Objectives:

1. To develop an escape room methodology tailored for the prevention of psychoactive substance use, encouraging reflection, decision-making, and teamwork.

2. To organise regular prevention activities in the escape room for youth in Šiauliai, promoting healthy lifestyles and raising awareness about the dangers of psychoactive substances.

3. To collect data and feedback on the project's impact, monitor changes in young people's attitudes toward psychoactive substance use, and continuously improve activities.
