Project "Supporting Young People in Their Transition to Independent Living" No. 07-017-P-0001/20.
Project objective: to develop support (accompaniment) services for young people preparing to leave or who have recently left social care institutions.
The objective is to help these young individuals adapt to social environments and develop their ability to manage social and other challenges, facilitating smoother social integration into the community.

The project "Supporting Young People in Their Transition to Independent Living", aimed at developing accompaniment services for young people preparing to leave or who have recently left social care institutions, is implemented in partnership with various organisations, including Všį Žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir plėtros biuras, and coordinated by the European Social Fund Agency.

The project is funded by the European Social Fund+ and national co-financing under the 2021-2027 EU Structural Support Programme.
