The project "Integration of socially excluded individuals into the labour market" focuses on eliminating barriers to employment and providing comprehensive support.

Project objective - to provide comprehensive social integration services that facilitate the (re)integration of socially excluded individuals into the labour market.
Services are provided to:
- Individuals released from correctional institutions;
- Unemployed and non-studying individuals under probation supervision who have been sentenced to imprisonment, but whose sentence execution has been suspended;
- Former residents of child care homes and special boarding schools (aged 16-29);
- Recipients of social assistance benefits;
- Persons with disabilities.
Project activities:
- Motivation;
- Needs assesment;
- Development of social and work-related skills;
- Individual and group psychological therapy;
- Information and counselling services; - Assistance with preparing individual plans, CVs, and motivation letters; - Trainings on various topics; - Career aptitude asessment; - Vocational training; - Internship placement in real work environments; - Assistance with job search, employment, and job retention. Participation in the project is FREE OF CHARGE. Participants receive reimbursement for transportation expenses. Catering is provided during group activities. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Lithuania. Project duration: 2018-2022
