About the ProjectThis project is designed with modern education in mind – we invest in the development of young people’s soft skills (16–26 years old) to help them enter the green labour market more easily and consciously. The program combines practice (games and simulations, real job postings), e-learning (6 modules), the EcoMission game, and a resource base. Workshops are led by experienced trainers. As a result, schools and universities receive ready-to-use solutions, while participants build their Green Portfolio with tangible evidence of their skills.
Project TaskTo strengthen young people’s preparation for professions related to the green transition through the development of: communication, teamwork, eco-empathy, critical thinking, negotiation, self-discipline, and stress resilience – all based on 4.0 scenarios and tools.
