One of the main tasks of the Public Institution Human Resources Monitoring and Development Office is to promote volunteering and strengthen inclusion in the community through volunteering.
We are accredited as a sending and coordinating international volunteer organization. We participated in the Informal Gate Mentoring project (Grundtvig), which aims to develop structures and training methods for informal mentors in volunteers. The partners developed methodological material for the Informal Gate Mentoring Training Program. According to which we taught the target group. We worked with young people on the Discover Yourself project. The aim of the project is to return them to the education system, to give them the opportunity to volunteer or return to the labor market. We encourage youth volunteering abroad and in our country.
We invite young people who want to acquire work skills and are interested in the activities of our institution to volunteer!
We give volunteers the opportunity to choose areas of activity according to their personal interests.
