Assistance to victims of crime

Ensure that individuals affected by
criminal offenses committed by the European Union
territory, before and during criminal proceedings, if necessary
after it and in all cases of criminal proceedings
or commenced by a criminal offense,
committed outside the territory of the European Union where
criminal proceedings are taking place in the Republic of Lithuania
in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania
assistance.

Recipients:

1) a natural person who has suffered physical, property and / or non-property damage directly as a result of a criminal offense;

2) a family member (s), close relative (s) of a natural person who has died as a result of a criminal offense, who has suffered physical, property and / or non-property damage as a result of the death of that person.

Delivery time: until the issue is resolved.
